Second sustainability report from the Danish financial sector

The Danish financial sector’s financing of green activities reached DKK 548 billion in 2021. DKK 5 billion of which came from the financing of zero- and low-emissions cars. Advisers increasingly address the gains from sustainability and energy efficiencies in their dialogue with customers.

Second National Roundtable in Latvia

The national round table discussion will focus on discussing and providing recommendations for the development of a sustainable financing framework for energy efficiency financing in Latvia. The event is organized by the Latvian Environmental Investment Fund in cooperation with the Ministry of Economics and the Finance Latvia Association within the RoundBaltic project.

The scope of this learning event is to assist public authorities in making clever decisions by unlocking the potential of energy efficiency investments in public sector when using EPC arrangements to improve energy efficiency of their buildings, and ultimately accelerate private finance involvement in energy efficiency.

First National Roundtable in Denmark

17 – 18 March 2021, Online
The purpose of the national roundtable was to bring together key players for a dialogue on financing energy efficiency in buildings and businesses in Denmark, with a view to discuss the needed supportive framework and concrete initiatives and measures.

The roundtable included a focus on possible concrete initiatives at the regional level. The national roundtable will thus be followed up by regional roundtables, which will facilitate concrete actions at the regional level in interaction with national frameworks and initiatives.
