Form\u00e5let med denne session er at dr\u00f8fte hvordan kommuner og banker kan hj\u00e6lpe hinanden med at f\u00e5 flere boligejere uden for forsyningsomr\u00e5det til at energieffektivisere og omstille til en gr\u00f8n varmekilde. Bankerne har et forretningspotentiale i at finansiere gr\u00f8n omstilling i landomr\u00e5derne, og kommunerne har en adgang til boligejerne samt politiske m\u00e5l om gr\u00f8n omstilling.<\/p>

Med dette form\u00e5l er der sammensat et program med fokus p\u00e5 hvordan boligejere kan aktiveres p\u00e5 en hensigtsm\u00e6ssig m\u00e5de. Herunder vil Project Zero og Sydbank dele ud af deres erfaringer p\u00e5 omr\u00e5det og der vil v\u00e6re en pr\u00e6sentation af det nyudviklede NEEM v\u00e6rkt\u00f8j, med potentiale til at reducere omkostningerne ved at udpege forbedringstiltag i boligerne. Der er ogs\u00e5 allokeret tid til at bankerne kan komme p\u00e5 banen og fort\u00e6lle om hvordan de arbejder med boligejere og \u2019gr\u00f8nne boligl\u00e5n\u2019 og som kan spille sammen med coheat.eu<\/a><\/u>. \u00a0Sessionen tager afs\u00e6t i tidligere roundtables under RoundBaltic, herunder et tredje nationalt roundtable, 22 maj 2023<\/a>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
