Zalecenia obejmowa\u0142y stworzenie prawdziwych modeli punkt\u00f3w kompleksowej obs\u0142ugi, przeprowadzenie test\u00f3w do\u015bwiadcze\u0144 u\u017cytkownik\u00f3w oraz zwi\u0119kszenie wsparcia finansowego na szkolenia i projekty termomodernizacyjne. Sugestie obejmowa\u0142y r\u00f3wnie\u017c pokrycie koszt\u00f3w dzia\u0142a\u0144 informacyjnych, zach\u0119canie instytucji finansowych i zaspokajanie zapotrzebowania na informacje. Podkre\u015blono znaczenie dostosowania pomocy do wdra\u017cania &#8222;Najpierw efektywno\u015b\u0107&#8221; i wspierania projekt\u00f3w o wy\u017cszych kosztach.<\/p>\n<p>W <strong>sesji 2<\/strong> dyskusje koncentrowa\u0142y si\u0119 na wyzwaniach zwi\u0105zanych ze zwi\u0119kszeniem efektywno\u015bci energetycznej w ma\u0142ych i \u015brednich przedsi\u0119biorstwach (M\u015aP) na trzech kluczowych etapach: 1) identyfikacja potrzeb modernizacyjnych, 2) finansowanie inwestycji i 3) wdra\u017canie projekt\u00f3w. Wnioski obejmowa\u0142y potrzeb\u0119 edukacji w zakresie koncepcji efektywno\u015bci energetycznej, uproszczenia komunikacji, dotowania audyt\u00f3w energetycznych dla M\u015aP oraz promowania dobrych przyk\u0142ad\u00f3w w celu zach\u0119cenia do udzia\u0142u w audytach. Zasugerowano po\u015brednictwo bank\u00f3w, standaryzacj\u0119 zasad audytu energetycznego i centraln\u0105 automatyzacj\u0119 in\u017cynierii dla powtarzalnych projekt\u00f3w. Ponadto zalecenia obejmowa\u0142y uniwersalne mechanizmy wsparcia, po\u0142\u0105czenie &#8222;bia\u0142ych certyfikat\u00f3w&#8221; z mechanizmami po\u017cyczkowymi, zaj\u0119cie si\u0119 fragmentacj\u0105 programu i zapewnienie trwa\u0142o\u015bci programu.<\/p>\n<p>W dyskusji na temat samowystarczalno\u015bci energetycznej podczas <strong>sesji 3<\/strong> skupiono si\u0119 na zr\u00f3wnowa\u017ceniu poda\u017cy i popytu przy u\u017cyciu lokalnych biopaliw, energii s\u0142onecznej, wodnej, wiatrowej i geotermalnej.
