RoundBaltic konsorciju veido četri tā dalībnieki. 2 partneri no Dānijas, 1 partneris no Polijas un 1 no Latvijas.

Projektu koordinē EC Network no Dānijas.

Polijā septiņi reģioni ir piesaistīti kā trešās puses, savukārt Dānijā divi reģioni ir piesaistīti kā asociētie partneri. Papildus tam projekta konsorcijs sadarbojas ar diviem Latvijas reģioniem (lūdzu, skatiet dažādās valstis izvēlnē iepriekš).
