RAPEIS (Regional Energy and Environment Agency – Kujawsko-Pomorskie) has been operating since 1995 as a voluntary, self-governing association of producers, distributors and recipients of energy as well as equipment manufacturers. Currently, the Agency has 17 supporting members (legal persons) and 37 ordinary members (natural persons). The agency’s activity is based on the voluntary work of all its members. It is essential to establish contacts and exchange information, and to look for opportunities for beneficial forms of cooperation.

The main objective of the Agency is to support activities for energy conservation, environmental protection and sustainable development, to organize the exchange of experiences and cooperation between the members of the Agency, to cooperate with governmental and local government institutions in the field of creating the legal, organizational and financial framework in the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship.

RAPIES is a member of the National Association “Respect for Energy and the Environmen” (SAPE-Poland).
